Such opinion was expressed by the president of the Agrarian chamber of Ukraine (APU) Dmytro Berezovskiy.

On the prognosis of specialist, an about 40-45% harvest will be on a food wheat which will collect 7-8 million т. A "harvest will be less than, than last year, but quality of grain will be on 25-30% more high", - he said.

Among the issues of the day of agrarians the head of APU named the low cost of purchase of grain in 800-850 Uah for the ton of wheat of the third class at a minimum affordable cost 1100-1200 Uah, deficit of money of the Agrarian fund, debt on returning of VAT in 2,5 milliards of Uah

D.Berezovskiy considers thus, that the budget of the Agrarian fund must be increased on 1,5-2 milliards Uah, and he must pass to the spot purchases of grain in place of mortgage. A "agrarian fund does not buy grain, but takes him in gage, reducing and without that low turnover of money in industry", - he marked, adding, that mortgage operations are a function of banks, and the Agrarian fund must work after spot and forward contracts.
