KYIV, on October, 1.(Roman Sushchenko is UKRINFORM). The agrarian chamber of Ukraine (APU) suggests to foresee in the state budget on 2010 400 million Uah for sponsorship and state guarantees of crediting of wholesale markets of agricultural product. About such decision on results consideration of questions about development of market infrastructure it was revealed to the correspondent of Ukrinformu in press-service of ACU.
Agrarians also suggest to make alteration in the Landed code, laws and normative acts in relation to the change of the having a special purpose setting of lot lands for wholesale markets on land of the unagricultural setting. ACU also suggests to free subjects of menage wholesale markets from payments for the compensation of losses of fertility of soils.
With the purpose of the effective financing of the system of wholesale markets the Agrarian chamber of Ukraine plans to develop and normatively fasten models privately public partnerships and to attract the money of international financial institution, in a that number World Bank, International financial corporation, European bank of reconstruction and development.
APU comes forward for government control on the central and regional levels of amount and geography of placing of wholesale markets of ñ³ëüãîñïïðîäóêö³¿ on next 5 years. For realization of law provisions "About the wholesale markets of agricultural product", in opinion of APU, it is necessary to accept four decisions of government to November.
In particular, position about a grant the legal entity of status of wholesale market of ñ³ëüãîñïïðîäóêö³¿; about additional measure on alteration of àãðîðèíê³â; about the order of the use of money of the state budget in this context and about status of self-regulating organization. In this connection ACU appealed with an official letter in Cabinet Ukraine.
