In Ukraine on October, 16 the order of Ministry of transport and connection went into effect "About the sizes of discounts to the maximum blanket rates of paying for implementation of works with transit loads in ports of Ukraine". A document touches nine state enterprises. Including on grain discounts are inculcated in five ports: Illichivskomu - 30%, to Mariupol - 18%, Reniyskomu - 20,69%, and on connection Danube-sea in a variant "side-side" - 50%, to Ust-Dunaysk - 50%, to Berdyansk - 30%. Privileges operate to April, 1 in 2010
With a request to comment, how an innovation will influence on an economy and market policy, the correspondent of Ukrinformu appealed to the president of the Agrarian chamber of Ukraine Dmytro Berezovskogo.
The "decline of tariffs in ports on transit of grain must not touch interests of the Ukrainian exporters", - marked, commenting privileges which operate from today on crossing of transit loads in a few marine ports, Dmytro Berezovskiy.
On his words, specialist ACU see nothing negative in the decline of tariffs on transit, if free powers of ports elevators are utillized, and a national exporter will not pay more than competitors are from other countries.
In opinion of expert, a basic obstacle for the increase of export of grain from Ukraine is an undeveloped infrastructure. "For the decision of this problem, after our estimations, it is in the nearest years necessary to inlay not less than 2 milliards of dollars in building of elevators, including corn complexes in ports", - marked D.Berezovskiy.
President ACU, at the same time, does not consider effective an attempt to attract additional corn loads only by the decline of tariffs on the marine crossing. It follows to decide "this question in a complex with the estimation of free powers from storage of grain, cost of his delivery, in ports et cetera", - explained D.Berezovskiy. In that time he marked that most interesting for зернотрейдерів from Russia and Kazakhstan, taking into account the entered discounts, there will be Illichivskiy, Mariupol and Reniyskiy ports.
