The countries of Vishegradskoy of four (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Czekh) supported initiative of our state on including of two Danube ports of Ukraine - Reniyskogo and Izmayil - in the European system of transporting of grain. Will remind, with initiative to plug the Ukrainian enterprises the Agrarian chamber of Ukraine came forward in the European system (APU is allukrainian public organization, uniting the representatives of agrarian sector of Ukraine).
Ports can get a 270 million euro
The European system of transporting of grain is formed within the framework of European Union. Thus it foresees not only development of infrastructure which will allow to increase transporting of grain the countries-members of Worldwide auction organization but also financings of enterprises, which will become the particle of this system.
«Within the framework of the program of boundary collaboration, developed ES, Ukrainian ports can get in the nearest three years on modernization of production capacities an about 270 million euro. Except for this program, near ES there is yet a separate budget within the framework of the unique transport system, on facilities from which Ukraine also will be able to expect», - the president of APU Dmytro Berezovskiy marked «DELU».
The last word is in a question, whether there will be Ukrainian ports by the particle of the European system of transporting of grain, after the European commission. As a head of APU notarized «BUSINESS», the proper documents were already directed to for consideration the eurocommissars. If to take into account that in an action a transport system must enter from 2010 year, it will be to make a decision the European officials in relation to Ukraine already in the near time.
Ukraine will vent to the sea
In opinion of analysts, near Ukrainian ports there are all of chances to get a positive answer from ES. Support of Vishegradskoy testifies four that these countries will lobby interests of Ukraine before Evrokomisieyu. «Hungary, Slovakia and Czekh, does not have a direct outlet to the sea.
Therefore plugging of Ukrainian Danube ports in the European system of transporting of grain, sure, it is advantageous these countries. For the Ukrainian side it foremost interestingly development of Reniyskogo and Izmayil of ports. These enterprises today are not in the best state from point of shipping of grain», - the director of consulting company «Proagro» Mykola Vernitskiy explains. Besides participating of Ukraine in the European program, according to an expert, will allow to develop a navigation on Danube, that it is also advantageous Ukraine. «Today Danube on some areas is not able to skip a court. European Union from 2010 year intends to pursue a single policy in the question of crossing of corn loads through European ports for reduction of prices of transport charges. The European system of transporting of grain, the Ukrainian enterprises can enter in which, was developed for this purpose.
